Mike Whelan is demonstrating to his daughters the proper execution of the Kelly's Revenge highsign.

When we arrived at the airport in Adelaide, Lil and I had planned to greet Peter Titchener and Paul Shepherd with this memory from the Kelly's Revenge Texas Tour in 1997. Peter and Paul had plotted the same.

God only knows what anyone observing this aberrant behavior of four "adults" might have thought. Mike told his girls that this was the proper way to greet folks and say "goodbye" in Texas.

The Borderers - Live at "The Gov"
Kelly's Revenger, Paul Shepherd, now plays with the Celtic Rock Band, The Borderers. We caught them Friday night at "The Gov" AKA the Governor Hindmarsh Hotel.

The Borderers, led by Jim and Alex Paterson, deliver a high energy performance, in both in sight and sound. "The Gov" was packed and partying hard!


As the evening progressed, Jim and Alex left the stage and danced across the tables. The crowd responded entusiastically.

After their set, Paul signs autographs for his admiring fans while Lillian looks on. She already had his autograph.
